I’m not finding the correct answer so far, also in previous threads; there is an old one, marked as ‘solved’ but I can’t understand exactly…
Searching the web I’v found this but as I’m sure I have offline process in my actual project I have no edit folder in the Pool, only some cross near some files but I can’t easily locate it in the project window as I have many track versions still present…
Finding Processes across the Whole Project
If you want an overview of files processed offline in your entire session:
Use the Audio Pool: Open the Pool (Ctrl + P). Any clips that have undergone offline editing will be listed there. Cubase stores these changes in an “Edits” subfolder within your main Project folder without destroying the original source audio.
I guess you mean a Pool screenshot; there are a lot of files so only can take a part of them; as I wrote I have no edit folder in the pool while there’s one in project folder.
I was asking myself if the difficulty in doing a back up could be due to having not only offline processing pending (not rendered) but many track versions as well…

In this thread I was asking about locating offline processed files as I was looking for a reason why I can’t backup a project without getting an error message and this was the subject of another thread; in my ‘chase’ I also thought about track versions as a possible reason and I added it here..
I’v definitely done a mess…
So, for now, according to this thread title I would be happy to understand how locating offline processed files… I apologize for being so confusing in my questions…
I tried everything I could (different options in the pop menu before confirming the operation, different disks and different folders… No way); this was the starting point for this thread too…
I’ve finally found a (the?) way to do this (locating offline processed clips); maybe many users do know yet, maybe it could be useful to someone…
I had missed this so far but all files/clips in the pool that are processed have a red icon in the pool “status” column; I’ve got this after a bit of try and errors…
so, if you select them and right click > Select in Project you can find them and pressing F7 you may verify how many processes have been applied, and change or delete them ore even make it permanent…
Two more corollaries:
if a processed file is selected starting from the pool with this procedure you can open the offline process window even if the file is locked someway BUT if you select it directly in the project window it won’t open until you don’t unlock it
I’ve done a little search and the offline processed files (F7 shortcut) are not necessarily present in the project edit folder.
