Hi everyone,
I’m trying to find a way to show Neural DSP plugin preset files in Mediabay, as I know for sure they are present there, but when I click on the folder icon I only see names appear for a very short while, in a translucent font, then disappear, like in the short attached video…
Any idea about a possible solution?

I wrote to Neural DSP support and they answered immediately; in case you want to render their plugin preset available in .vstpreset - so to be visible in Mediabay - format you have to:
"Open your VST plug-in inside Cubase, click the header wrapper browser at the top of the plug-in window, and select Save Preset. This automatically wraps the internal settings into a searchable .vstpreset file".
