Locator locates differently in key editor window

For example, if I locate a range of measure 1 to 3 in the project window, the range located in the key editor window is 4 to 5.1 or something similarly nonsensical.

If I relocate the range in either window, the relocation is not transferred. So I can’t have the same range in two windows.

Why?

Do you by chance have Independant Track Loop activated? (first thing that crosses my mind)
