Lock Punch Points to Locators in Elements 10.5?

Hello,
I’m running Cubase Elements 10.5. I am trying to unlock punch points form the locators, but I cannot find that button in the Transport Bar, nor do I have that option under the menu “Transport – Punch Points.” Is this feature only available in Pro?

That unlock feature is in Pro and Artist, but not in Elements.
