Lock Video From Tempo Changes?

When I make tempo changes in the tempo track, my video track slides out of place

in other daws when i’m changing tempo the video tracks stays locked in place. how do i lock it in cubase?

When I’m working with video, I select the video and corresponding audio track and lock it in place with CTRL + SHIFT + L

I’m sorry, it’s a bit unclear to me.

Do you put the video out of the Start Project, so for example Bar 10? Then you change the tempo in bars 1-9, right? Then the video is shifted out of Bar 10. Am I right? The video is handled in the Linear Timebase, so the timecode of the start stays the same.
