Is anything being done about this? I have spent hours online with Yamaha support and made no progress. I tried my best, and I suppose Yamaha did too, but nobody got anywhere with this.
It seems that even if I did get somewhere it would just fail again. This is too hard on my morale.
Did I hear that Dorico will be changing to another method of some kind? When? How will I know without having to deal with Steinberg again? I want to come back because Dorico is my choice.

This is the best place to get support for Dorico. Can you provide details of exactly what the problem is; what version of Dorico; what OS; and other relevant details.
If you’re talking about the licensing, Steinberg is closing the old eLCC server, which was used to licence Dorico 3.5 and earlier. As the new Steinberg Licensing is old a few years old; I doubt they would change it again.
Thanks, benwiggy. At some point I may take you up on this. For now to maintain my own sanity I have to pull away from it.
All I do is play solo guitar. This episode may have done me a favor by weaning me from paper. I’ll try that. It would make life simpler if I can make it work. I’ve never tried it. If I don’t come back, please know that you and the others there have been given me a lot of help and inspiration. Thanks for that!
