Brought up a project I was working on and it’s stuck! Anyone have any info would be great

All other projects work just fine, the picture shows red locks on the vst that I use on all other projects and they show unlocked no red
I cannot get out of cubase unless I use task manager to close on this project alone. I can navigate all other aspects of my computer while it’s stuck
I’ve never seen the Lock (or the Shopping Cart or ? !) on any plug-in I use - both Steinberg & 3rd party.
Suspect whatever is putting those icons there is the root of your problem.
Could be one needs to buy the plugin to eliminate the lock and the shopping cart
