Lofi Piano not working

Lofi Piano is not working. I have an iPad Pro, Cubasis LE 3 version 3.8.3 unlocked. I have powercycled the iPad and also deleted/readded Lofi Piano. I can see it load presets, when I double click, the keyboard pops up on screen, but no audio comes out when I touch it. I also cannot see the screen where I would adjust settings/“knobs”. Other instruments like acoustic piano and drums work fine.

I noticed the Lofi Piano is not listed as an option for midi instruments. It is only avaiailable as audio. Nothing is muted. My device has volume turned up.

Please help me troubleshoot.

Please try the following steps:

  • Launch Cubasis
  • Tap the “SHOP” button
  • Scroll down to LoFi Piano and tap Install to download and install the content
