I have these MIDI parts that I’ve selected using the range tool (see the screenshot below) and I would like to use the Logical Editor to move the CC7 data up from the right side.
What I would like to do with the Logical Editor (but on multiple range selected parts):

You can set the Cycle Range to you range tool selection.
Then in the Logical Editor use the position filter “Inside Cycle”:
At first I was skeptical, because I thought “Inside Cycle” condition will affect all tracks, but as it turns out, the LE preset you suggested works only if there’s a range selection inside the cycle (i.e. no range selection, no transformation).
