I made an Steinberg account and bought a Cubase Elements a month ago. But now, a month later, i simply cannot login in my own account. It says the user does not exist, but i still have the email from my steinberg registration saying what’s my username. But when i use it on the site, it says it does not exist. I also cant recover my passoword or contact the customer support because i “dont have an account”
What should i do?
