I would like to know if there is any prohibition to use cubase software logo for advertising “Cubase lessons” ( for example : facebook cover image or post )

Well it probably varies a bit in different jurisdictions. But in the US unless the logo belongs to you, you have no rights to use it unless the logo owner grants you that right. This would be the case in most locations, although some places like China are very lax in enforcing intellectual property rights.
