Been using cubase for about 2hrs now & it wont stop cpu spiking.
I don’t know what is going on 
if i open a midi window it Asio spikes as & lags the computer & cubase something crazy…
this project is light & i don’t have much going.
i have to keep reseting the asio to keep it in sync.
any ideas? 
This happened to me last week. Turns out Windows started downloading updates. I had forgotten to turn the WiFi off.

Do we need to trash any preferences before instal on that? or just drop it over.
