Your license covers all versions. Maybe downgrade to Cubase 13?
Also, maybe take a screen cap of your Default plugin menu that will show all the vendors and post it here and see if anyone can steer you to a suspect vendor. Pretty sure it wont be UA, Waves, Fab Filter or other vendors that are used by thousands of people. That could help you find it quickly.
