Looking for help with a score's layout and instrument names

Hi there! I’m fairly new to Dorico after having switched from Sibelius.

I have to copy the score of an opera into Dorico so we can make edits to it and transpose it for horn players.

I am currently busy with copying it all from the pdf into Dorico, but I am struggling with one thing. All parts of the Opera of course have different voices, instruments and people involved, so I’m wondering if there’s a page or tutorial video anywhere where I could find out how to do this the best. I’ve attached a screenshot (I can apparently only attach one here) as an example, where it goes from 3 voices to a choir of voices, there are also other instances where it’s instrumentalists and singers and then it changes to a string quartet for the next part for example…

One thing you certainly want to look into (it’s covered in the video that @Vadian posted) is Layout Options > Vertical Spacing > Staff Visibility > Hide empty staves.
