Looking for help with the set-up of VST instruments

Hello ! I have just upgraded from Cubase 5 to Cubase 11 Artist. In Cubase 5, we needed separate software programs to get different guitar and bass sounds … like Guitar Rig etc …

Apparently Cubase 11 includes programs that will give me various sounds.

Please, can somebody guide me so I can get these sound choices ! Do they appear in VST instruments, Inserts etc …

VST Effect in browser, Distortion, Amp Rack

Those will be on an inert when you drag it in
