Loop moves when changing tempo

How can I keep the loop between locaters when changing tempo?

Could not find anything after searching and searching in Cubase.

I am sure the manual will talk to me like I have an iq of 500

Need a simple explanation TY.

P.S. I see “link to project tempo” in the media browser previewer but as soon as I drag the file in,it is NOT synced to the project’s tempo.

It has to be easier than this?

For the sync, you should go to Audio→Find Selected in Pool, and look for the “Musical Mode” checkbox–make sure there’s an X in it.

For the length of the loop, you just have to trim it to fit the range if it’s too long.
