Loop Selection automatically enables cycle mode and start playback

Hi there,
When hitting a key command to loop a selection, cycle automatically goes on and playback starts.
The key command is executing three actions: Loop Selection, Cycle, and Playback.

Is it possible to conform the cycle markers to the selection without activating cycle and starting playback immediately?

Yes ‘‘P’’ does it.
The action I was looking for was ‘‘Locators to Selection’’ , not ‘‘Loop Selection’’.
Problem solved.
