So here it is:
Open the Loop Tweaker. Make a Loop on one of your audio files. Store the loop location in one of the 5 memory locations on the Loop points adjustment tab. Now switch to another audio file, one which does not have loop points in it.
Recall your stored loop point.
Wavelab crashes - every single time.
Wavelab does not crash if your second audio file has the loop points somewhere within the audio file, however if you try to recall a stored loop on a file which does not have loop points, Wavelab crashes every time. This bug is not that big of a deal, except the fact that it crashes Wavelab.
