loosing wheel mouse fonction

Each time i “save as” a project, the mouse wheel fonction doesn’t work
like, scrolling up and down edit view or shift wheel scrolling horizontally,
or ctr wheel zooming…
i find a solution for the moment : i clic on the transport palette, or press twice F2,
and then the wheel is working.

Is anybody have this problem ?

very too much annoying bugs !!!

The wheel of the mouse in version Cubase 7.01 worked normally. I think that in version 7.03 a mistake!

Also loosing scrool function, I thought it is isue with W8 and Logitech mouse driver. Good to know it is cubase.
