Losing the mixing console when importing MusicXML files

On MacOs Ventura, MacBook Pro.
Importing xml files from Finale 27 to Dorico5.

  1. I imported a first xml string quartet file, and implemented a Native Instrument string quartet. No problem here, the score is nice, the mixer works. I can adjust the levels easily.
The articulations are (almost) OK (this is another topic).

  2. I imported a second file of another part of the same string quartet, that I want to transfer from Finale to Dorico. It created a second flow, with a nice display. BUT I have no more level displayed in the mixing console although the playback works.
I have no explanation for the disappearance in the mixing console, which happens for the two flows.

It looks like a bug in Dorico ?

Can you post a screen grab of what you are seeing?

I switch to english for anoter reason and now I have the levels and the white part you see on the picture. Switching back to French I have now the levels…

This sometimes happens on systems with multiple displays set to different display densities. Try dragging the window a little way onto your other display, and then back again: the buttons in the white area should then draw at the proper size again.

OK for the display. I hope not to have the problem of mixer again…
