Loss of License for WL11

I use WL 11 on two different computers. I have been doing this for a couple of years. No problems. Yesterday I went to use one of the computers and it said “no licence found”,

When I tried to reactivate it I could not.

What is going on? Thanks in advance.

If you have WL 12 installed I would suggest quitting WL and restarting the machine.

Launch WL 12.

Then, quit WL 12 and try launching WL 11

What does the “Steinberg Activation Manager.app” says?

Tried that. No change.

No licenses found…

Is the WaveLab license listed in the Products section of your MySteinberg account?

Can it be the WL 11 with the old “eLicenser” or is it WaveLab 11.2 ?

I reinstalled WL 11.2 and the license is now valid. Many thanks to S-EHansson
