Lost access to Halion app, 7 and Groove agent

I have Cubase 12.0.7 and have reacetly lost access to Hailion and Grove Agent. I do not know why.
I do see a standalone version of the Halion 7.app, Halion Sonic.app, and Groove Agent SE.app. in my applications folder but none of them appear inside Cubase.
Help!
Thanks,
George

Hi,

Open Studio > VST Plug-in Manager and make sure the plugins are not Hidden or Blocklisted, please.

Thanks for your help, but, no, none are in the Blocklist or Hidden.
This is what I see when I open Cubase:

Hi,

The message says something different than you described.

Do you own dedicated HALion Sonic or HALion licence? Our do you own only HALion Sonic SE, which is part of Cubase licence?

Ok, I thought a version of Halion and Groove agent came with Cubase 12.
As long as I’ve had this version, those have been available to me, hence my
perplexity when I didn’t have them anymore

Thank you for your very quick help in this.

George

Hi,

HALion Sonic SE and Groove Agent SE are part of Cubase licenses.

HALion Sonic Content (not HALion Sonic SE) is mentioned in the message.

Please, start Steinberg Library Manager, find HALion Sonic Content and remove it.

I removed all HALion items. The three listed below would not let me remove them:

Hi,

HALion Sonic Factory Content is the one, the message mentioned. Remove just this one, please.

I didn’t understand only to remove one so I removed as many as I could.
Which version of Halion and Grove Agent should we download and reinstall?

Hi,

The one, which is under your Cubase version folder in Steinberg Download Assistant.
