Lost all my purchases

Hi! I need help and Steinberg support requests are not responding.

I purchased a bunch og extra sounds for my cubase. I resently lost a bunch of work I had been making on a trail version of cubase 12 pro, without knowing it was on a trial period because the only thing I had done (so I thought) was doing the free Cubase 12 Al version instead of my 11.

Well, now I am “down” to thr regular version. But lost all the ekstra sounds and loops I had purchased (and for quite a lot of money!)

How do I get them back? Or do I at least get my money back? Why wont costumer service help? And do the Cubase users pay the same price for the pro version as someone who is just starting using it?

Please take screenshots of your Steinberg Activation Manager and eLicenser Control Center, with the serial numbers hidden. It helps to know what you purchased.
