Lost AXR4U license for advanced FX and Cubase AI

I think I lost my AXR4U license cards(Advanced FX Suite & Cubase AI) during a move from my old studio…

Anything that I can do for retrieving the license back?

Without the software the hardware is not much useful anymore…

I wasn’t using the license because I think there is a trial for the advanced FX built in to the device?
Or I did register it but it’s kind of on and off again during my upgrade to 20H2(Windows 10) But it was still on last night…(weird)

I suggest you call Steinberg tech support via phone, they’ll help you out.
