Operation to clone drive failed and I’ve lost Cubase 11 and everything associated with it. I do have the hard dongle.
How do I recover from this, please.

I may have used scaling@hawthorns.name or donald@hawthorns.name when buying Cubase from you.
This is not Steinberg tech support. Just a public user to user forum. Maybe posting your emails is not such a good idea.
In any case you can simply download the programs you need from steinberg.net.
Thanks for the reply and the security issue. Yes I can download a trial version of Cubase from the link you suggested but I cannot authorise it. I’ll see if I can find technical support.

Do a web search for Steinberg Download Assistant and then download it. The files you need are made available through that.
As long as you have the USB key re-installing the software is all that’s needed.
If you don’t have a physical USB key, you need to reactivate cubase
