Hi Lost my elicenser usb key and ordered a new one and even though I registered my Cubase 9.5 software, when I try to access the zero down step to request a new key it does not show up anywhere in MySteinberg page. The page is empty. I have proof of purchase and I did register the product but what I don’t understand is why my current license or product purchased not showing. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
You have to get in touch with Steinberg support in any case to get a replacement Activation Code. Please search in the Steinberg Help.center to get more info.
