Updated to 10.5.20 and seems like the update reset all Cubase settings for me. I remember same thing happened on previous update. I was hoping the old keycommands could be imported back somehow if I just found the old file?

If your Key Commands.xml file has been replaced already, there is no way, how to come back, unfortunately.
Before you update next time, I would recommend to backup the preferences folder.
Are you on Windows? Is your Cubase installed on the system C drive, please?
