lost my elicenser

Hi,
I moved to a new apartment and lost my elicenser.
I have cubase 4 + steinberg account + elicenser number (on my account) + usb elicenser number (on my account).
I went and bought an empty elicenser - but i dont know what to do next.
how do i download my license to my new empty elicenser? :open_mouth:

You can not download an already downloaded license once again - if you lost the eLicenser, you lost your license, and will have to buy a new license (i.e. a new Cubase package), unless Steinberg wants to give you a license for free for good will.

Please get in contact with support and provide the old USB-eLicenser number. We should be able to help then.
