I have lost all documents and CD containing software on the UR22 MkII. And because of that I was never able to install and use the software. Can I get it back? How to? FYI, I have registered the hardware in mySteinberg account. I really hope for a solution. And I really appreciate your help.
The software and docs are online. Easy way to find it is a google search for UR22 MkII downloads.
As far as the included Cubase AI, I think you’ll have to check with Steinberg Support to get that.
