Lost soundfiles from MediaBay

I’ve always had issues in previous versions of Nuendo with lost soundfx that were inserted through mediabay.
It’s completely random, so not particular sounds or formats, and it can be very annoying on large project with lots of soundfx, and I have to reconstruct lots of soundfx sometimes.

I have to admit that version 5.5 gives less problems than previous versions

Will this be solved in version 6, in other words has this structure in MediaBay changed, or is it just me?..am I doing something wrong?

Just a few weeks ago I was annoyed by seeing a lot of SFX missing in several folder within MB.
Win Explorer has shown them ok and in position, but it took a few re-scans for MB to get them
back visible and into function. There seems room for improvement, SB.
