“Lost Steinberg user account and USB Key”
Ho do i do 
They lost the USB e-licence key for Cubase 8.5 in my consulting studio. However,
I can not figure out who was responsible for registering the product,
so I do not even know the name of the User account that made the initial activation.
“They only have Activation code for product box and initial registration”
Is there a way to get this account back?
They want to upgrade to Cubase 10 this time. But I can not find any USB accounts either.
Please help me.
