Lost USB-eLicenser physical device

I’ve lost my USB-eLicenser and can’t use Cubase anymore. I’ve used Cubase for a few years.

I want to use Cubase as soon as possible. How can I use Cubase again?
I purchased Cubase 7 and have a mySteinberg account, activation code, and have registered my USB-eLicenser and it has a code.
