Lower Asio-Guard setting?

Hi,

I was unable to use Cubase Pro 10.5 on my i9 7900X-based system (10 cores CPU), due to spikes, pops and clicks. Cubase Pro 11 appears to have resolved these, when Asio-Guard is activated. However, Asio-Guard also introduces a 17+ms additional latency, which I’d like to reduce if possible.

Is it possible to configure Asio-Guard manually, e.g. by setting the maximum target latency?

Asio Guard is essentially a playback buffer and does not add latency to record enabled tracks.
Reducing the ASIO Guard buffer size would only increase cpu usage without reducing input latency.
