This looks excellent. I’m curious how you achieved the rhythm stems / flags in between the staves.

By inserting text with a specific font: LuteNotes by Leroy font. Download from internet.

Lots of errors in the lyrics but perhaps you’re going to work on them later.

Roberto, I have been looking all over for a lute intabulation of this piece! Would you be willing to share it? I would love a Dorico version! Thanks. And btw, very cool solution to the rhythmic notation.

Here is the file — the transcription is mine. There may be errors in the text.
The LuteNotes by Leroy font is required. For the tablature numbers, I use those from MuseScore’s MSScoreTablature.

I added numbers to my Valerio font in the a, b, c, d, e, f, g… positions, similarly, in order to simulate Lute tab.

Thanks for the file and all the info! Wow, you guys are doing amazing work and have answered a lot of my questions. :folded_hands:

Coincidentally, I recently downloaded the LeRoy fonts here:

(Article written by …checks notes… Daniel Spreadbury, whoever he is.)

… and was wondering whether they could be used within Dorico for something.

Excellent benwiggy!
