Hi everyone,
I’m working on a transcription of a song for guitar and soprano and guitar.
On the score (guitar+soprano) the lyrics are well positioned, but when I display only
the soprano part, some lyrics are overlapping. Is there a simple way to avoid this?
(I already checked the “make space for lyrics”, but this doesn’t solve the problem.

It’s difficult to say without seeing at least a screenshot.
It could mean that system filling is being forced somehow. If you display the signposts, are there any system/frame breaks? If so, try to go to Engrave Mode and click Reset Layout:
Or did you set a casting-off in Layout Options, maybe?
I noticed in my layout options that the 4 bars per staff was selected. I deselected it and that did the trick.
