Just wondering would it be permissible to run my Cubase 10 on my Mac and on a virtual Windows 10 machine on the same device?
(And also for Wavelab as well.)

I think so… You cannot run both at the same time.
As far as permissible goes, you can run Cubase anywhere on anything you have a usb key plugged in. It would be interesting to know how the Cubase instance on in the virtual machine sees the key.
