I am looking at buying a Mac Mini for my home studio and found a good deal on an Mac Mini Core i5 3210M 2.5GHz/16GB/250GB SSD (A1347 - Late-2012) model and just wanted to find out if this is going to be ok running cubase artist edition. I am mainly working on stuff with vocals\vst and some guitar work. Previously been using Cubase Pro 8.5 on a friends PC but not setting up my home studio, plan on getting the UR22 MKII Production Pack hence the artist edition. Have always been a PC person but just fancy a mac for the studio and seems to be more of a defacto standard as well, coupled with this my laptops are low specs and really only useful for browsing\email etc.
