Mac not working anymore

Dear Group

After giving the installation program access to my Mac and having installed UR 22 C driver my Mac does not work anymore. The progress bar comes to the end and than nothing happens. I restarted the computer several times.

I need help since I need the Mac for my work.

Please help.

Danke für den Hinweis.

Falls jemand ähnliches Problem hat:

  • Der Steinberg Support konnte das Problem nicht lösen / das Problem trat offenbar nur bei mir und niemand anderem auf
  • Im Apple Store wollte man mit einem Spezialkabel die Daten vom defekten Rechner auf einen anderen Mac ziehen. Die Festplatte war nicht ansprechbar. Der Store schlug “plattmachen” vor.
  • Zurück am Arbeitsplatz habe ich mit ALT gestartet. Dort konnte ich sehen, dass keine Internetverbindung bestand. Dort habe ich das Passwort für mein WLAN eingetragen (Achtung: Amerikanische Tastatur) und sofort mit CMD-R neu gestartet. Plötzlich meldete sich der Mac zurück.
