When using the combination of Cremona Quartet Solo and the Launch Key MK4, the strings keep sounding continuously and won’t stop. This started happening after updating to macOS 27.

I’m not a tech wizard but if this is after a macOS update then might it be an Apple bug? I could understand if you had updated Dorico and this error occurred.
Anyway, I guess that one of the team members will ask you to create and upload a Diagnostics Report: go to Help > Create Diagnostics Report.
It doesn’t happen with Launchkey and Bitwig, and it doesn’t happen with Arturia KeyEssential and Dorico either. The issue only reproduces with the combination of Launchkey, Dorico, and Cremona Quartet Solo.
also checked with Ableton, and the same issue didn’t occur there. It’s only with Dorico that a note gets stuck sounding continuously.
