macbook pro Built-in audio forced to 16 Bit

Hello Folks,

I’ve noticed that when Nuendo launches it will force built-In core audio to switch to 16 Bit. Audio MIDI Setup won’t allow me to switch core audio back to 24 Bit.

Any idea?

I’m under 10.8.5 running Nuendo 5.5.6

I’ve managed to work @ 24 Bit by creating a multi-output device! I guess it would also work by creating an aggregate device.
