Using Cubase 11 Pro (11.0.20 build 371) with a Mackie Control remote device configured.
If the “Volume Max” is set to +12db in the project settings, Cubase stops sending fader values at about +10db. Any fader movement above that point is not sent to the Mackie Control device.
If a Generic Remote device is configured to control the same fader, the Generic Remote device will receive fader updates when moved above +10db even though the Mackie Control does not.
