On a Mac, with cmd+opt, I think.

Yes. Opt for Elements, Cmd-Opt for SE

For Dorico SE, hold down the Ctrl key whilst launching the application.

For Dorico Elements, hold down the Alt key (Windows) or Opt key (Mac) when launching the application.
