Hello guys!! I need some help… What is the macro key that allows you to take small notes (e.x. "this is the refrain, or "now its guitar solo) on the bar line? As far as i remember the notes appeared in red/pink color…Something like marker?

If I understand, what do you mean, use Marker track, please. You can also use Arranger track, if you want to change the order later on.
