Maintain sample positions

Not sure what I do to get it, but I get a dialog box asking “Maintain Sample Positions” yes or no. I can’t find anything in the manual, soo… What does it mean? And should I choose yes or no?

It comes up when you change the project sample rate which is not something you really want to be doing without knowing that you’re doing it!!

Probably. Are you purposely switching sample rates then??
