Major Audio Dropouts Cubase Pro 10.5

Hello,

I’m having some major issues with Cubase Pro 10.5. I have a session open that has 4 tracks right now. It is dropping audio on playback, and even while sitting still the Performance Meter is spiking.

I ran LatencyMon and this is what I got:
