Cubase version?
OS?
Are you activating extensions for

  1. Audio events, or
  2. Audio tracks.

Cubase 15 pro windows 11 i put the extension on a track and the add events from different tracks

I’m not sure how this would work with track-level extensions, but when you have clip-level ARA extensions, you can always select all the clips in question (which you’d have to do manually – I don’t think there’s any facility to “select all clips with extensions”), right click on one of them, and click on “make extension permanent” under the extensions submenu that pops up.

It might be that you’d have to do this separately for track-level and clip-level extensions. (I pretty much only use clip-level extensions as I tend to like to make extensions permanent, or just bounce the audio, as I go along, and I’d been doing that sort of thing before track-level extensions existed. I also ran into a workflow issue when I did try track-level extensions at one point, where I’d made an extension permanent at a clip-level, but Cubase left the extension on that clip, assumedly because it had track-level extensions. The ARA editor I was using at the time – not Melodyne – was not very stable, so I wanted to make sure I was committing and saving as I went, not having to do a bunch of editing and risking losing earlier edits later in the game.)
