Make more than one instrument direct to same VST in endpoint

I only have Bb clarinets but have no problem making A clarinet playback with theese samples.
So I want the enpoint to direct both Clarinet A and Clarinet Bb use the same VEP instance and port. However, if i make a procjet with both As and Bbs, Route them to the same place, they are not mirrored in the encpoint.
It seems that only one instrument can be routed to one port in an endpoint.

Is this a missing feature, ot do I need a workaroind?

The “workaround” is to add another Bb instrument to VEP and direct the A clarinet to that channel
