I use a MIDI guitar to input notes, but I also use the guitar to play along with works in progress in Dorico, to generate new ideas. For inputting notes, I want this input device on. For playing along, I want it off so that I’m not inadvertently inputting anything. The several steps required to switch the MIDI input on/off constitute a workflow impediment. Am I missing something about how to that swiftly? If not, consider it a feature request.
