Make the project manager's browser remember its fold/unfold state

When a project is opened the folders in the project manager’s browser default to being unfolded even if in the previous session they were folded.

Please, make the browser remember its fold/unfold state when projects are re-opened.

01 = what the project manager’s browser looks before closing WL.
02 = what the project manager’s browser looks with the same project re-opened.

I want the fold/unfold state in the browser to stay the same between closing and opening projects.
