I may have covered this before. I’m a tad confused as to why when I make an edit to a file that is in the Cubase pool, winthin my Soundforge software, that although it is exactly the same file the pool is looking at and exactly the same physical location on the disk (I assume), I then go back in to Cubase and find that the file has not changed at all ; it’s still the same as before, even though I’ve made an edit to it in Soundforge. The only way I’ve done it is to save it as a different filename in Soundforge and then import it back into Cubase - then it’s changed. It’s almost like Cubase has two copies of the file. Could anyone shed any light on it
